I bought a new V90 not more than 6 moths ago from Scandia motor cars in New Delhi. The car before it even went for its first service had an manufacturing defect.

The speaker which is on top of the Dash board went inside the dash board. The company said the whole Dash board of the car has to be replaced. Really not happy with the Solution Volvo has given to me. I have written several mail to Volvo but no one would reply.

As a customer I feel as if I have been cheated.

The worst part is that Volvo is not even bothered, they talk so highly about customer satisfaction. But honestly Volvo has done nothing to satisfy me, they are not even bothered to reply to a mail.!!

Product or Service Mentioned: Volvo Cars Car.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service.
