Purchased a gently used 04 Volvo XC90 Jan. 2011in Vancouver, BC with 60,000KMs for $20K.

Before delivery dealership paid for a new transmission. By May 2012 I had to park it with only a few more KMs. It continually has water sloshing under the passenger seat due to a design flaw with the Sunroof see Google - drained it once but still a problem that will soon short out the electrical, fluid continually leaking from the steering, it lurches forward without warning, the anti skid has a warning light.

No warranty and because I leased two identical vehicles prior & l - an 04 & 06 with ZERO trouble & higher KMs so why buy extended coverage?. We didn't buy new from Volvo so now I am stuck paying for a lemon I can't afford to fix.

Monetary Loss: $20000.
